I used to ge a glossy, dark, glow with the dark browns, almost black, but not quite, and now they're very dull, ashy, and wash out easily.
It's easy to use and looks very natural. Don't let sit too long! Not sure why clairol felt the need to change the formula, but this new formula is awful.

I liked the fact that the color only lasted through 28 shampoos and the color of my hair always turned out shiny medium brown and hair was so manageable. Well here goes again my review that the other did not climb as once more clairol natural instincts not disappoint me and love the dye good way to apply does not drip or stain has no strong smell and i love that i am very sensitive to strong smells i leave my hair with a lovely soft and natural tone will definitely be my favorite and i'll buy it Review for clairol natural instincts hair coloring.
